Issues Connecting Data Shuttle to Online SharePoint Site

We are conducting a proof of concept for Data Shuttle which requires the ability to read and write files from/to an online SharePoint site. While trying to build an upload workflow, I successfully connect and while in the "Pick A file" window I'm ABLE to see my OneDrive folders and company SharePoint sites I have access to. I can see files within the different sites, but I'm unable to actually select a file to continue to the mapping stage. I'm simply left on the "Pick a File" window.

I've also attempted to attach a file directly to a sheet using the Attachment functionality and selecting from my OneDrive. In this case, I receive a MS popup indicating the app requires my admin's approval as soon as I select OneDrive as my data source. See attached screen shot.

Has anyone successfully used Data Shuttle to map data from files on an online SharePoint site? Did you have any challenges establishing the security/configuration? Did you find the same security settings allowed you to not only access SharePoint via the Data Shuttle but also directly from the Attachments feature within a Sheet?

    Hi @Melissa McNeese,

That access error likely means your admin needs to approve Smartsheet in the Microsoft Azure portal. Even though you can see the files, the system might be blocking full access. It could also be worth double-checking your permissions on the SharePoint site and trying with another account to rule out any account-specific restrictions.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need help with anything else

    Best,
