Updating Holidays

So each year, I update the holiday calendar in the Admin section which helps with all new projects, but any project conituing into next year will not be updated. How do other admins handel this, do you go into each project sheet to update that? Thanks.

@Marcia562 No other users will not, and it's basically not using the automatic date functions. I just ended up sending an email to tell all my sheet owners to update thier holidays. The solution given is not very good.

@Charles Osborn , it all depends on how your solution is setup & whether you're using Control Center or not.
In general though, you could setup a master holiday sheet in your "Admin section" and use cell linking or cross-sheet references to pull holiday information into each project sheet. This way, each project automatically reflects any updates made to the master holiday sheet without individual manual updates.

I updated the 2025 - 2026 holidays in my Admin Section but I'm not understanding what you mean by use cell linking or cross-sheet references to pull holidays in existing projects. Also, what about other people within the company that uses SS, will there projects include the updated holidays?
