Can I have more than one workspace section?

For instance, can I have something like this:

Workspace - Templates
Workspace - Template A
Folder
Folder
Workspace - Template B
Folder

Workspace - Projects
Workspace - Project A - ABC Company
Folder
Folder
Workspace - Project A - XYZ Company
Workspace - Project B - ABC Company

So within a Workspace, you can have separate folders, or alternatively, you can have multiple work spaces. For instance our manufacturing team has a folder called "Quality" that has many many folders inside, then another called "Engineering" that has tons of folders inside of it.
