Workspace Panel - Default to Folder rather than Workspace

For the new Workspace Panel feature, if it could default to the current folder (within a Workspace) rather than the entire workspace, this would allow for easier navigation between related objects (objects for a single project within a common toolkit).

This would default to a relevent group of resources, rather than a workspace, which could potentially house hundreds if not more projects.

Most of the members on our teams have indicated this was the previous function.
