"You do not have sufficient permissions on this sheet to make this change."
Hey all,
Been working with Smartsheet for years and never run into this. I was shared as an admin (I quadruple checked I am 100% an admin on both) to two sheets earlier today and am attempting to cross reference one for a fairly complex formula. Every time I try I receive this message. I logged out, had the other party even re-share the sheets with me and am still seeing this.
Anyone know why or how this is possible?

Not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I have a colleague in finance that controls all of the formulas in our smartsheet and no one can edit them. She locked them and even me, the page owner, can't change it.
That might be what is happening here. You might try and see if someone created formulas in one of the sheets that is blocking you from making these edits.
Good luck!
