Update Request does not show Attachments

  • I have the automation set as 'request an update'. I have it set to trigger when an attachment is added. But still the email sent does not include the attachment. See attached screenshot of the workflow set up. What I am missing?

    Hi @KBSIU!

    Your screenshot didn't include what specifically is included in the update request notification— but that's the area where you'll need to select "Attachments" to be included.

    Yep! That's the spot. :) Is that how you've had it set?

    That will include the "Attachments" info in the update request; it will not be an actual file attachment to the email notification itself. The recipient will open the web form, and they can click on the "Attachments" to view those things. You could include text in your update request message to let the recipients know to review the attachment(s) info in the web form, if you think it wouldn't be obvious or clear to them.
