Google Docs <> Smartsheet Merge extension not working

Does anyone use the Google Docs and Smartsheet merge extension? Is it working? Everything has been working smoothly up until this week. Now when I try to merge, I don't get an error, everything looks like it is working as it should, but when I go to "My Drive" to find the combined file in pdf format, it isn't there and the only thing that is there is a google doc file with random numbers (see attached). Any thoughts? Anyone experience this? I put in a ticket with support but am hoping someone here is smart and can tell me how to fix this. Thanks!

It sounds like the Google Docs and Smartsheet merge extension might be experiencing a glitch, especially since there’s no error but the output isn’t showing up as expected. Here are a few things you can try:

Clear cache and re-authenticate, check permissions, and manual file check.

If none of these work, it’s likely an issue on the extension’s end, and waiting for Support’s response may be the best route.
