Timeline View - Not all options populating in grouping
I have a Contact Column for Project Manager that is limited to 1 entry. All project managers listed have licensed accounts with Smartsheet. When I go into timeline view not all Project Manager contacts that are populated in the grid view appear in the Timeline View category - the projects associated with those rows show as "unassigned." Any thoughts why this is occuring and how to fix?

In Smartsheet's Timeline View, tasks may appear as "Unassigned" if their assigned contact isn't in the predefined list of contacts in the "Project Manager" column properties. To resolve this, double-click the "Project Manager" column header in Grid View, open Column Properties, and ensure all assigned contacts are listed. If any contact is missing from this list, add them to ensure accurate grouping in Timeline View.
