We would like to use Smartsheet for our legal repository, but it is sometimes difficult to scroll through all of the fields in grid view. My suggestion is to create a layout view that users can customize with their fields and the ability to add tabs so fields can be organized into groups. I feel this would allow users to expand their usage of Smartsheet.

Would creating row reports, or having the users create their own row reports work? If users create their own reports from the source sheet, they can determine which columns are included, and can also use the grouping feature within reports.
Does that help, or is that not what you’re looking for?

This is an example of what I'm requesting [although I don't love this exact layout…it's just an example]. Sometimes we have a lot of fields and it is difficult to scroll in grid view and find what you're looking for. It would be really helpful to be able to build a visual layout of these fields with the ability to create different tabs so fields can be grouped into different categories. I hope that helps!
