Automatically create URL for new row

I am also trying to do exactly this same thing but have no idea how to do anything with an API. The purpose I am trying to fill is to generate a row link to a specific construction project that is a row. That row contains the specific information for each work order. I am exporting this information into a google map that will show the project location geographically. When the scheduler selects that project on the map it shows the data from each column. I would want it to show the hyperlink in the map allowing a shortcut from the map back to the specific row.

There currently isn't a way to populate a row with the row URL within Smartsheet - other than by using the API as suggested by @SteyJ on the previous thread.
