Calendar View Showing Only Certain Dates for all Projects

I have a sheet which contains multiple projects that are contained in rows. Every project has its own row. Each project has its own column cell to represent a "due date" that I want to put on a calendar. There are 3 dates I want to put on a calendar for each project

I want to take these three different "due dates" and shown them in a calendar view. I don't want gantt charts. I just want to show that specific "due date" shown on a calendar, and also have this date be color coded on the calendar for that "Due date type". See attached image.

    hello @justaskingquestions,

The calendar view in smartsheet works like gantt chart which means it only takes the length from "start date" and "end date" columns and showing that data on calendar (of course you can choose the date columns to be shown but it's maximam 2 only "from" and "to".

You can however setup a workflow & formula to put Prelim Date / FInal Date / Final Date after email to one column let's say Start Date.

With a workflow you would need to copy the row for project to another sheet.

In original sheet the Project would need to have 3 rows always and for each row the start date using vlookup takes the date from the sheet you copied your data to. You can distinguish the colours using conditional formatting etc.

    Hope this helps.
