Bulk upload for 100 contacts not working

I'm trying to bulk upload 100 contacts, but it does not work for me.
There is no any massage - nothing happens.
I made a few small lists 5 contacts each.
Some of them imported well, others - not.
How to find the error?

Hi @Yurii,

This can happen if the file you’re attempting to import contains blank cells, special characters (aside from the @ symbol!), or spaces, or if it contains duplicate entries. Could you review your file to check if it contains any of these, and if so, remove them and try to import again? 

You might also encounter issues if the file is not properly formatted (with separate columns for First Name, Last Name, and Email Address - the spelling of these must be exact so that the list imports correctly). Please also confirm that the columns are set up correctly in your file. More information can be found here: Manage contacts in the My Smartsheet Contacts list.

If the import still does not work once you’ve checked the file and removed any duplicate entries, blank cells, spaces, or special characters, I recommend opening a Support ticket so that the team can investigate the cause of the issue - if possible, please include a copy of the file you’re attempting to import when you open the ticket.

many thanks for your answer.
as I understand adding contacts requires only two values Name and Email

and I managed to upload about 20 contacts

but others - no.

So, I have to open a support ticket

I am having the same issue. Mac, csv files. I have tried uploading contacts using the following column headers:
Email Name
Email Address Name
Email Address First Name Last Name
First Name Last Name Email Address
Name Email
Name Email Address
First Name Last Name Email

I have tried deleting all surrounding columns and rows in case of stray blank spaces.

I have tried exporting the existing Smartsheet contacts csv file and pasting the data below its headers.

I have tried reducing the number of contacts from 75 to 20.

I have removed all hyperlinks before converting xls to csv.
