Moved row with attachments results in "the file you are trying to download is no longer available"

I am notifying users via "send" about a row that needs attention, and then I am moving these rows containing the attachments to a separate sheet. I have verified users permissions, (including my own as the sheet(s) owner.

I have completed the below

1. Share the Destination Sheet: Ensure that all relevant users have appropriate access to the sheet where the row (and its attachments) has been moved. This involves sharing the sheet with them and assigning the necessary permissions.
2. Verify Permissions: Confirm that users have at least Viewer permissions on the destination sheet. Viewer access allows users to view and download attachments without making changes to the sheet.

The users (including myself) as the sheet owner get the error "the file you are trying to download is no longer available" when trying to access the attachment from the email.

As you probably noticed Smartsheet is not sending attachments in the emails but it always sends links to the file.

If you are moving the attachment to another sheet the connection is broken and you will not be able to download it.
