Problem: The Subject field title in the list of support cases only displays 23 characters, which makes it difficult to identify the cases without opening the entire record one at a time. Some cases contain similar, but not identical subject descriptions. This is a time consuming process, particularly when looking for a closed case with a larger number records to select in the list. Changing the browser zoom percent does not display more characters.
Solution: Expand the Subject field display to 50 characters and add the capability to hover the mouse pointer over the subject record to display the entire text. One-third of the Cases screen is unused.
