How to create a single notification when Data Shuttle workflow is run by schedule?

Hello!
I created a notification triggered by "complete" status of a column, but the sheet is is fed by Data Shuttle workflow that is set to run every 15 minutes. As a result, I received a notification every time the sheet was updated based on the workflow frequency. I need to create a single notification, when the column changes to complete, for the first time, and avoid generating redundant notifications.

Notifications are on a row by row basis. You cannot create an automation at the column level if that makes sense. Each time a row meets the specifications, it will send a notification. Can you show what your automation setup looks like and your sheet so maybe we can create a workaround?
