Saving A Sheet Error

Hello,
A user keeps getting this error when trying to save a sheet. She is a licensed user. She's logged otu and back in a handful of times per the message below but keeps getting this message. Is there an issue with the site or is it the user's access maybe?

There are a few things to check with a generic error message like this:
- Ensure there's a strong internet connection or test internet speeds
- Try using an incognito mode or another browser to see if it's cache/cookie related
- Try accessing the sheet from another computer

If none of this has helped, please have this user reach out to Support by creating a ticket in the Support Portal, providing screen captures and an explanation of the steps tried above.
