You do not have access to this item

I was given access to Smartsheet this week but when I try to access a sheet in my workspace the message tells me that I do not have access to this item. My Admin has added me to the group for the workspace, as far as I know everyone else in the group has access.

    If you're receiving the "You do not have access" message, ensure the Admin has granted your group the correct permissions for the workspace and individual sheets, as group access doesn’t always apply to all items. After changes, log out and back in to update your access. If it still doesn’t work, the Admin may need to contact Smartsheet Support.
