Including Images in a Workflow Automation

Hello Everyone!

I am creating an automation and am aware that an image cannot be included in the body of an automation email. However, I opted to have the image attached to the workflow email by including certain cells. The issue I'm running into is that when the image is attached to the email I am getting the following error below:

Is there anyway to prevent this error and have the image appear as normal? Thanks for the help!

    I noticed this question when you first posted it, but wanted to wait to see if any network admins chimed in, as they would be the most knowledgeable. Consider this as more "generalized" information… I believe you would need to speak with your company's/entity's network administrator regarding flagging the domain of the image as a trusted domain. The image is being blocked on the client or recipient email server side instead of the Smartsheet side.
