Unlicensed user name.

Hello Everyone,

I have updated unlicensed user name who's part of our organization.

I can see correct name in Admin / User Management however, in PMO tasks it' still showing old name and If I edit assignee I can only see old name, not the new name!

I was hoping that as soon as I update name in Admin / User Management it should reflect everywhere.

    Hello - what you see in your PMO tasks is a contact that you have in your personal contacts. You will need to edit your contact list as well to update it, then update all tasks to the new contact in your personal directory. Updating their name in the admin center does not change anyone's address book. However, if you use the email address in assigning new tasks, it will reflect the name change. But updating your contact list is always good to.

    To do this, click on the person icon in the far left bottom corner. Then click on "Contacts" then update your contact their.
