Web Content Widget not working

Hello,

I'm trying to add a view-only version of one of my sheets in the dashboard. Using the Product Development Roadmap Dashboard template from Smartsheet itself, I see that I need to use something called 'Web Content Widget'. I don't see that option when I open the Add Widget pane:

So, I tried to go inside the widget setting itself to see if maybe it's the same as Shortcut Widget. But when I do, I see this error:

Some people had suggested copy pasting this to fix the error and signing in and out, or going to the admin center and adding the ability to add this widget for everyone. But none of that works out for me.

What's happening and how do I solve it? Thank you.
