@Rebeca S. We tested out the Smartsheet AI Translation for the below languages. Due to local country regulations, there are language translation requirements.

According to local Translators, Smartsheet AI Translation is not acceptable at this time for the below languages. In this case, is Smartsheet discovering integration partners with any external Translation vendor? (i.e. DeepL)

Translations carry an increase liability risk which we wish to minimize to the best of our abilities.

2) German

Thank you again for your feedback, I made sure to share it with the team for visibility. Especially for complex translations, we would suggest reviewing, and editing the outputs generated before accepting them. You can contribute to improvements by submitting feedback (thumbs up and thumbs down) regarding any major, critical, or mistranslation items.

Depending on your use case, you could explore integration of neural machine translation solutions such as DeepL, or others with API with Smartsheet Bridge, like this one. That might require building it yourself, or working with partners.
