Does anyone know why my reports and graphing would not copy with my workspace?

I am currently the owner of my team's entire workspace including all of our reports and graphing. I have several reports and graphs saved within subfolders inside of my workspace and a couple of graphs within the main workspace section. When I create a copy of the workspace and save it as new none of the Graphs or reports are coping over into the new workspace. I have tested this out with another workspace I have for another team and all of the graphing saves into the new space. I am stumped as to why it would not be working in this space. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why the reports and graphing would not copy into a new space when I save as new, and I am the owner of both?

I had the same issue, but luckily fixed the initial problem that did not force me to explore more.

I've learned that there are certain limitations.
