Removing unused fields on a form

Hi all!

I have a intake form for my department and we recently edited some of the selections to make it more concise. The issue I am having now is we have a lot of unused fields that I would like to delete completely so they don't clog everything on the remaining form and data sheets. I can remove them from the form but not from the "option column". Pic attached and "option column" circled in pink. Thank you in advance for any advice!!

So the way to remove them from that list is to completely remove the column from your sheet. Once the column is gone - the question cannot be asked.
