Highlight Changes with a unique color, shade, or pattern for each user

I would like to submit an enhancement request for the Highlight Changes feature. The tool currently shades cells with a background color if a change has been made in the last seven days. Unfortunately, the same color is used for changes performed by everyone. I'd like to request the ability to customize the background color, shading, or pattern used by this tool for each individual. I work on a small team so a unique identifier would help us quickly determine who made a change.

Joe,

you can doe this with conditional formatting.

1) Make a system column that set to Modifed By, so you can see who changed a row.

2) Have your conditional formatting trigger off of the modified column and choose the colors for your team members. See attached picture.
