I can't see the Plan Insights option from the Admin panel

I'm an Admin on an Enterprise plan and tried to follow this :

Admin Center: Plan Insights | Smartsheet Learning Center

But cannot see the option, can you please advise? Thanks.

Hi @rjugon!

To access Plan Insights in Smartsheet, you’ll need to go to the Admin Center. There are a couple of ways you can find it:

1. Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen to display the menu, and from there, you should be able to select the Plan Insights option.
2. Alternatively, once you're in the Admin Center, scroll down a bit, and the option for Plan Insights should appear.

If you still can’t find the option after following these steps, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance: Contact Support. They can research and troubleshoot this with you through a private channel.
