Changing user permissions across the entire platform

As Smartsheets moves to the new pricing model, I'm currently doing an audit of our users. I may be having blonde moment, but as a system admin, is there a way to change someone's permission level across the platform to Viewer? Some of our Unlicensed editors haven't been active in there for 3+ months and need a permission shift.
