Enhancement Request - Has anyone witnessed an actual enhancement???

I suppose I'm venting here. I've been on this forum for a long time, and I'm so frustrated.
I think there are a lot of excellent ideas here that could greatly improve Smartsheet (I could misspell the name, but I won't). The "Enhancement Request" link must be the second most frequently used term here. close second to

"UNFORTUNATELY"

Please, Smartsheet staff, try your best, unless the company has decided not to take suggestions into consideration.
