Notification with attachment

Hi, 

I have already set up the notification. In my Smartsheet, there are a few columns. One of column is "Mail Out". In this column, pre-set has two answer only: yes , no. 

In each row, there is an attachment of that specific building word file. So, as I create notification, if mail out column is "yes", email to mail room department. May I ask is there anyway the notification also will attach the attached file on that row?

Let me explain more: 

Row 1 has file A attachment and row 2 has file B attachment. As row 2 hit the criteria for notification, I also want notification will send to receipnt with ATTACHED Files (i.e : File b).

Hi Peter,

My workaround for this scenario is to send an update request and then the attachments can be accessed thru links in the form.

The attachments in the comments section will also be accessible if you wan't.
