Allow reviewer to see comments on previous versions of a proof

As of now, someone that has been invited to review a proof cannot see their comments they've made on a previous version of the proof. This can be problematic if they are trying to reference something from before. Most people reviewing a proof are not shared to the sheet, so they cannot see those previous versions like the sheet users can.
