Why can't I access the workflow automations on a sheet that was shared to me?

The sheet owner already made me an admin yet I still couldn't open the workflow automations tab (I can access the forms, edit the columns, rows, cells, and etc.)

I have good network connection and I already tried refreshing the tab several times. They even removed me then added me again multiple time but the same message keeps popping up.

May I know why this error keeps occurring?
