The new enterprise license level 'Member' that merges the once separate license levels of owner/admin (authorized to create sheets and workspaces on our Smartsheet platform) with an editor (authorized to edit their assigned task data in a sheet but not able to create) is a portfolio nightmare. This will result in thousands of new Members (once only editor team members) that have new the ability to create their own rogue sheets and workspaces on our platform that do not follow company standards understood by project lead/manager professionals and that clutter up our sheet and workspace lists is a nightmare. These rogue sheets will likely also result in redundant and unofficial work documentation and tracking and create confusion for assigned resources. Please resume the old license levels or allow companies to designate who can and who cannot create sheets and workspaces on our platform.
I got charged $246 for my free Smartsheet plan on May 25, 2026. I tried contacting support, but because of my free plan, I am limited to this community post and a ticket (which they haven't responded to). I want to know why I got charged and how to get refunded.
Within Resource Management tool, is it possible to set up / and if yes where - that available time% us shown in hours?
I have successfully connected timing plan sheets with Resource Management tool displaying designers' % allocated hours, however now I'd like to add that it pulls for project managers, but the difference is that PMs are over whole project end to end so wouldn't be tracking specific rows.
