Smartsheet Automation Subject Line
"I have created a form; however, I cannot find how to update the automation subject line. I have attached an image for reference and hope there is online chat support for Smartsheet.

When you go in to edit your automation, you would change the subject line as shown below.

I have tried the above-mentioned solution, but the same issue appears when I receive a notification.
Please see the image below.
I think i need to change the title of the form, which i did already however still shows below.

I agree with @Isis Taylor, editing the automation's subject line in the workflow is the correct way to customize the notifications. I tried to reproduce the behavior on my end, but the subject displayed as expected when I received the notifications.
I’d recommend recreating the workflow and customizing the subject again. Additionally, these articles might be helpful:

- Customize the content of your alerts and requests
If the issue persists, I suggest reaching out to Support. Be sure to include screenshots of your workflow and the associated sheet, but remember to blur any sensitive information.
