Collections are now available on our Mobile App!

Great news community! Working on the go just got easier. You can now open any collection, and access the content in it from the Smartsheet Mobile App. Whenever you open a workspace on the Mobile App, your available collections will be at the top of the menu. As a reminder, the Smartsheet Mobile App is available for both iOS and Android, and it’s free!

I have a question for those not shared to the Workspace but shared to the Collection. How do they locate the collection? When I log into Smartsheet, whether on desktop or mobile, I cannot see or search for collections. Will this be available in the future?

@darla The workspace will show up on All Workspaces on web and in the Browse list on mobile. When you click into it you'll just see that collection. Work is being done to support collections in search, favorites, recents.

@John Hieger can we get this same functionality on desktop? Currently in Browse under a workspace you cannot see the collections until you open an asset and then open the workspace panel.
