Transfer Person to Another Account
I'm having to go through an exercise of transferring some users in our account to another new account. The user is a licensed users and owns sheets, etc. The receiving account has available licenses to accept the user. How do I go about moving the person and their owned items to the new account? I tried to remove them from my account first but it's requiring that I transfer the items to someone else first. I need them to stay with that person during the transfer. Any way to do this?

No, that one doesn't work. On the first step where it says NOTE: it implies they're not needing to have their items moved with them.
Here's a few screenshots for each step.
Step 1 - When I select to remove the user, I get this prompt. I'm unchecking the "Remove sharing access" option as I want them to retrain their access. When I click OK, I get the result attached.

This is something you will need to work on with Smartsheet support then.
