"Use Template" for Editor permission level does not allow them to save in a workspace folder

Hello Community,

We have created multiple custom project schedule templates using "Save as Template", and want the group members to use them for creating new project schedule sheets. The group members have Editor access permission to the Workspace where the templates are stored, which also has folders for each group member, where we want them to store their project schedule files. But when they click on the template and select Use Template, they do not have the workspace folder structure available to choose where to save it, only "Sheet". Is there something wrong with how we have it set up, or do the Editors really not have the ability to save the sheet created by a template into the workspace folder?

Here's the page that describes the functionality, but it doesn't say which permission levels can do this.

Use a template that you created

To create a new sheet from your own template:

  1. Locate the template. Select Browse on the navigation bar and choose the folder or workspace name in the left panel.
  2. Select the template. A preview of the template appears.
  3. Choose the Use Template button in the lower-right corner of the window to display the Use Template window.
  4. Name your sheet and decide whether to include all the features you originally saved (for example: data and formatting, attachments, discussions, and forms). You can save the sheet in a different folder or workspace.
  5. Select Save.
