Need to access plan & billing page and reduce member

Dear Community Members,

The company's owner has been removed from the Smartsheet business account. I am the owner now but whenever I go to the Plan & Billing page and click on "Reduce Members" I get this error (We ran into an error), how can I see what's my package now?

    Hi @Khalid,

    Looking at the images you provided it, it says 17 of 4 members. My guess is that the plan changed during the transition, and you are exceeding the members which is causing the error (even though you are trying to reduce that amount). With the pricing point here: Smartsheet Pricing | Smartsheet it looks like you are on the business plan with each user at ~$20 / month which checks out to the total displayed there after tax/fee.

    If you are the new account owner, you should be able to go into admin.smartsheet.com and manage and reduce the users from there (Triple line in the top left → Users and Groups). If you are having issues with that, I would recommend reaching out to Smartsheet support directly and see what they can help you with there. The ticketing system will usually get back to you within 24 hours in my experience.
