Conditional Formatting Issue for column formula
Hello all, I am having an issue trying to use what should be 'basic' conditional formatting for percentages in a column in my sheet, where there are no colors being displayed as intended.
Green = 55% or below
Yellow = 55% - 109%
Red = 110% +
The column the cond formatting is referencing is using a formula - I wasn't aware this would prevent formatting from appearing. Any thoughts on what I can do to fix?

Just a couple of quick things to check!
1/ Is the format of the RM % column set to %? If it's Text/Number and showing 40% (vs 0.4) you'll want to correct this.
2/ If your test data is 55% or 110%, you won't see any formatting - change the green to "less than 0.56" and red to "greater than 1.09". This way, you're capturing all the values. -
To add to @LJ's great advice, I ran a test to confirm formulas are not the reason for the conditional formatting to not work. I used =[No Formula]@row for the Formula column. Didn't use your exact numbers, but all the same.
Best of luck!
