I have a project sheet with 3 specific columns; STATUS (dropdown with specific statuses - Submitted, Assigned, In Progress, and Closed), ASSIGNED TO (contact list with specific employees that can be assigned), and TASKS (dropdown with specific tasks to be assigned).
I trying to write a report in Card View that I can View by ASSIGNED TO and show me columns for each of the employees and give me cards of each of the tasks when the STATUS is equal to Assigned or In Progress and ASSIGNED is not blank.
Thank you for any help.

Create a new report where the source sheet is the project sheet.
For the Report select Card View and then view by: Assigned To
Under the columns select the applicable columns you want to surface, and also use the sprocket icon on the right to fine-tune the view of the card.
Then, under Filter, set the Filter to be Status is one of Assigned or InProgress.
Each row / task will appear as an individual card.

The result I get is all of employee columns are created with no cards and one Uncategorized column with all of the Assigned tasks.

The employee column is formatted as a contact list?
Each row has a status, Employee and individual task on the source sheet, is that correct?

If you want to hop on a call, I'm happy to help take a look. The column being uncategorized if you are grouping by person, is indicating that there is something misaligned in the data formatting of your source sheet. If your sheets are "secure" I am happy to demo in my own workspace where you can follow along in yours.

I unfortunately have a call at that time myself. I am open for the next few minutes, if you could hop on now, I think it should be a quick fix. Or, I am open after 2:30 est?
