Create a what if scenario using a late start date

I am working with a project timeline with dependencies. I have set up 2 additional date columns for late start and late finish where the late finish date is a formula for late start @row + duration. How can I set this up to calculate all the dependent late dates for start and finish?
For example, I have several activities that are dependent on the arrival date of a piece of equipment. I want to model how those dates change if the delivery date pushes out.

Hi @Chris K
In such a case, I would use the baseline features.
In the demo sheet below, I set the baseline in such a way: Baseline Start = 02/10/25.
Then, I change the actual Start to 2/12.
Using the baseline features, you can keep the planned start and finish as the baseline and simulate the effect of the actual start change.
