why does the new mapping never load when atomizing?

I am trying to atomize the generation of a document every time I add a new row on a report. It is my first time doing this so I have to create a new mapping. Although when I try to create a new mapping, it never loads. My internet is not the issue. What could be causing this problem?

Do you have an Enterprise or Premier plan? That may be what is causing the issue.
