Smartsheet vs EU Smartsheet

in Smartsheet Basics

The recent change in EU data privacy is causing some of my project team to not be able to collaborate with on my projects. They keep getting an error pointing them to Smartsheet EU. I also thought I read somewhere that the two versions of Smartsheet don't talk to each other.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if so, have your found a solution.

    hi @Mrawes,

    Yes the Default Domain and EU Domain do not talk to each. But this would not be the reason why someone would be pointed to EU domain. Maybe the users tried to login to EU domain (they would got the 90 days for free account) and it's set by them in the Default login? that's why they cannot open your data? They need to logout from EU domain and logging to Default domain so whenever they open your links they will have the access.
