How to attach a OneDrive file

I am in the process of moving the business from dropbox to one drive. When I go to attach a OneDrive file it opens the OneDrive window and I can see all of my files. If I then go down and select the file I wish to attach to the row in Smartsheet there is no option to then link it through. Should I be seeing an extra button which would link this file through? I have looked at everything within the OneDrive window and cannot see any way to link it back through to the Smartsheet task?

If you're looking to do a drag and drop from OneDrive to Smartsheet I would click "Add Shortcut", and Add shortcut to OneDrive. Then you'll be able to view your files in File Explorer. From there you will be able to drag and drop whatever you want into Smartsheet as an attachment.

Hi Chris, thanks for your comments. I just thought I should be able to do the same as I do in Dropbox by going to attach/Dropbox find the file and then click 'choose' to add a link to the smartsheet task. In OneDrive the window opens like with Dropbox and I can click on a file, but there is no 'choose' button like in Dropbox to link the file back to smartsheet?
