Workspaces Without Owner or Admin

We had an administrator leave our organization and we transferred their items to another owner. But now we have several workspaces which are showing there is no owner and only Editors. So we cannot edit anything in these workspaces. Has anyone else had this issue? I have reached out to Smartsheet Support twice this week, but I have not received any response. Thank you!

That is incredibly strange. Is it possible to copy the Workspace? It will all still be linked and work just like the existing Workspace, but then you can own it and update people's privileges.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a known bug that Smartsheet is working on fixing. If I find more information, I'll update the post.

Confirmed recently this is still a "bug" they are fixing. The short fix is, in the Workspace with no Owner, to Save as New all of the Sheets into a new Workspace.
