I need help with Smartsheet form

I am trying to change how information from my Smartsheet form is copied over to my PDF document that is generated from my Smartsheet form. It shows up in a single line as shown in the attached photo, however the text written on the form is much longer (see second photo). On the design page of the form, for the text that is written, I have tried selecting the option for "multi-line text box" but it still only shows up as a single line on the generated PDF.

Oh I've had this problem and there are 2 things that you need to make sure are done.

    1. in your smartsheet make sure that they field has wrap text switched on so the text wraps in your smartsheet
    2. with the text wrap on
    3. Make sure you have mutilple lines selected in your adobe document and I always justify left as well to help
    4. Finally make sure your box is big enough in the document (use return to space it down if needed) to accept multiple lines of text

Hope this helps and good luck as it is brilliant when it works
