Infrequent Excel File Corruption When Uploading via Form

I'm experiencing infrequent Excel file corruption situations when users are filling out a form then uploading an Excel into the form. I do not have hyperlinks in my Excel. Was there any more to this help-topic-chain?

I found the following related threads here in the Community:

Although these threads don’t include confirmed solutions, it’s possible that it’s an issue related to the specific sheets you’re exporting, or perhaps related to your computer (if other users aren’t seeing the same issues). I’d recommend trying the suggestions provided on the above two threads if you haven’t already.
