How do backups work and can I pull one from a specific day?

Greetings, I'm having a weird Smartsheet issue reported today where a bunch of rose have the same description from a previous row and they're not supposed to. I'm not sure how this happened because all of this information is submitted via a form, but I don't manage this grid. I know how to select the grid and say pull a back up, but is there a way to retrieve a backup from previous days? Do I need to set something up that automatically backs up grids so I can pull data in case there is an issue?

not sure what happened but the description after 12072 was repeated multiple times and it also did that for different submissions as well. Apparently, these are all supposed to be different

Hello @SSParks,

As per your requirement I understand cells changed in one day at a time so this is form filled data there is no formula you can go for particular days activity log find at what time cells changed if its changed in particular time then request snapshot of that activity log you will get google sheet check rows if there is any added row in the smart sheet (as you know form filled will be updated bottom of the row it won't create any issue) copy paste column if there no changes in rows in the middle of the sheet
