I'd like to get more efficient with promptly prioritizing all the "to-dos" of my day for optimal work life balance. Some days everything seems to be top priority. While multi-tasking may, to some, be code for "spreading yourself too thin" and likely more times than not some of the tasks may ultimately suffer the benefits of adequately allocating time, the truth of the matter is, that multi-tasking has become the way of our microwave generation. It's essentially unavoidable. I'd like to grow in efficiency of quickly navigating the list for the day (or the week).

Excellent topic, Mr. Duplex! absolutely! music is mora than an array of tunes, compass, tempo and melody! it has a deep impact in our psyche and original memory. It is a language with vibration by itself. Maybe listening to diverse vocal groups may inspire you again! If you allow me, maybe the outstanding singing form the Georgian supra polyphonic style. Ot, more unique like the band Huun-Huur-Tu Mongolian throat singing…

One skill I’d like to improve is teaching complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
I spend a lot of time building Smartsheet solutions for the business, but I want to get better at explaining the why and how behind them—whether that’s through writing clearer documentation, making tutorials, or helping people get started with automation and API integrations.
Outside of work, I’d also love to improve my game development skills, especially in balancing mechanics and progression systems. I enjoy creating projects that mix strategy with creative problem-solving, which is probably why I like Smartsheet so much!
Looking forward to hearing what everyone else wants to improve!

My skill focus for this year is how to use AI functionalities to enhance my own outputs and extend my performance capabilities instead of just using it to get things done fast (and not doing them myself).
Hoping AI won't make us all a little dumber in future…. you know the age old saying about practice making perfect. With the introduction of AI, we're not practicing all our hard earned skills anymore and new entrants are not learning these skills by "paying" the school fees.Marcé Holzhauzen

One skill I have been working on is taking on the highest benefit projects rather than saying "yes" to everything. It's tricky, because there's an impulse to be helpful and accommodating. However, I've found through my early work at building this skill that it can reap huge benefits for both me and the organization.

Hello Community,
Wow! Thats a great question. I'll try to keep my response concise. I want to deepen my expertise in Smartsheet, earn certifications, and train others in using the software. Additionally, I’d love to learn other popular software and share that knowledge through teaching.

I would love to improve my time management skill. It sometimes feels like I don't have enough time to get everything I need done, done.

I’d love to improve my memory because the more I remember, the more I can learn—and the more I learn, the further I can go! 🚀

One work-related skill I would like to improve on is learning more about freight nmfc numbers and classes. I work with our logistics team and review and authorize payment for our freight invoices. Understanding freight nmfc numbers and classes better would help me dispute any discrepancies.

Hello all-
I think work/Smartsheet related is Data Shuttle. I am just now really getting into it so hopefully that will not be an issue in the future.

Howdy Community,
While blessed with many skills, I am certainly a target rich environment for improvement! 🤣 One skill I would like to improve is being a better listener. Not only what folks say, but also what they communicate with non verbal cues and what they don't say. This would help be better empathize and understand my colleagues so we can achieve more with less effort and more fun.

My top skill I want to improve this year is SQL

I'd love to improve my active listening skills! In our fast-paced digital world, I find myself sometimes half-listening while formulating my next thought or checking notifications. I'm working on being fully present in conversations - putting away devices, maintaining eye contact, and truly absorbing what others are saying before responding.
Not only would better listening help me professionally with client relationships and team collaboration, but I've noticed how much deeper my personal connections become when people feel genuinely heard. Plus, there's that wonderful "aha" moment when you catch important details you might have missed otherwise!
Anyone else working on their listening game? I'd love to hear your techniques!
