Access Issues: With User-True Up and Provisional Members
Is anyone else having issues since Smartsheet began their new licensing process with user access? I have members assigned to Workspaces that are in Groups that can't view reports. The User console indicates they are a "Member". Thanks

I did receive confirmation from Smartsheet Tech Support that they are having problems with their provisioning process. Users that I downgraded last week are members again. Other users lost the Member permissions I had provided. Keep an eye on this during your True-up period. You may end up paying for licenses you didn't require.
