Facing issues in New Subscription model

As they moved to this new subscription model facing lots of issues in license management; Could anyone can answer to the below issues or are you also facing this.
- We are not able to restrict users to use any other apps which we have not bought, it shows us once a user starts using the trail version a notification is been sent to us but we want to restrict users to use any other apps , instead if it can ask permission to access the other non paid app trail version from Admin.
- User Type in Admin center shows multiple ids who have edited the sheets and all in provisional member for true-up other than external. How can we restrict that and Admin can makesure of those are been given license can only use the Editing option and rest all as viewer.
- many users are not able to delete them from the User Type in Admin center and the user reports which shows those who are been removed access from smartsheet.
Can these get solved and i tried smartsheet support but not getting any response and is there any alternatives similar to smartsheet?

1. Restricting Users from Accessing Unpurchased Apps
- Currently, Smartsheet notifies admins when a user starts a trial for an app, but you want preemptive restriction before trial access.
- Potential Solutions:
- Check Admin Center > Security Controls for any settings related to app restrictions.
- Set up SSO (Single Sign-On) & Conditional Access Policies (if available) to limit access to only approved apps.
- If Smartsheet doesn’t support this, you may need an external Identity Management Solution (Okta, Azure AD) to enforce app access restrictions.
2. User Type in Admin Center Showing Multiple Provisional Members
- Users who edit sheets but don’t have assigned licenses may be listed as Provisional Members.
- How to Restrict?
- Check Admin Center > User Management and ensure only licensed users have edit permissions.
- Enforce Group Policies that allow only licensed users to edit, and the rest should be viewers.
- Enable Domain Restrictions (if available) to prevent external users from being added without approval.
3. Unable to Delete Users from Admin Center
- Users who have been removed may still appear in reports or Admin Center.
- Possible Fixes:
- Check if the user is still assigned to a shared workspace or group. Remove them from any associated projects.
- If Smartsheet is syncing users via SSO or directory services, ensure they are removed from your identity provider.
- Run a User Audit Report to check if they have any active dependencies preventing removal.

Response: Provisional status is kicked off when an asset is shared with Commenter and above permissions for an internal domain and Admin permissions for an external domain. The System Admin is the only user that can change the user type in the 'User types & true-up' screen.

Response: The System Admin is the only user that can change the user type in the 'User types & true-up' screen. Asset owners can change the permissions on the individual asset to Editor (can share or cannot share).
