ALL our Workspaces and their files are gone!

How do we recover them? I have asked for help twice so far and have not received a response.

what do you mean all the workspaces are gone?

is it the license issue? the SysAdmin took your license? did you create backup?

what's the issue as the post was bit too general.

Mine is also gone!! from one day to another, and I can get any help. How do I get them back??
